Call for POSTER SESSION

APLISC would like to invite its members to submit posters to the event APLISC/Cambridge Seminar. The event will take place on September 15, 2007, at Auditório do SESC/SENAC in Florianópolis.
Poster Sessions provide an excellent forum for teachers to present their work in an informal and interactive setting.
The posters can address the following topics: (a) teaching experiences developed in the classroom, (b) empirical research connected to English teaching or learning, or (c) teacher education research or initiatives. The participants are required to report on classroom experiences that might have taken place in public schools, private language institutes, colleges, universities, or even in private lessons.
The posters will be displayed in the auditorium where the conference will take place, in the afternoon.
Poster format: Posters should be about 60 cm wide and 90 cm high. No adhesive tape is permitted. Pins will be provided to hang your poster. The posters should contain the following information: Authors, Institution, Objective, Methodology, Results, and Conclusions/Pedagogical Implications. Posters can be in English or Portuguese.
During the Poster Viewing the author(s) must be present at the poster to interact with seminar attendees.

Poster set-up: 12:00 – 13:30
Poster viewing: 15:30-17:00
Poster take-down: 17:00 – 17:30
